Jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 tacksam att jag n\u00e4stan gr\u00e5ter, bara n\u00e4stan, varje \u00e5r sk\u00f6rdetiden smyger sig p\u00e5 och t\u00e4nk vilken lyx att vi har s\u00e5 mycket vilda b\u00e4r i Sverige. Vi ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka plocka s\u00e5 mycket som m\u00f6jligt till h\u00f6sten, b\u00e5de f\u00f6r att frysa in men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att sylta och safta. Men nu \u00e4r det rabarbers\u00e4song, s\u00e5 d\u00e4rf\u00f6r har jag gjort saft (som snart \u00e4r slut) och kokat sylt p\u00e5 resterna men den h\u00e4r sommaren t\u00e4nkte jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka koka all saft sj\u00e4lv, det f\u00e5r bli n\u00e4sta steg i sj\u00e4lvhussh\u00e5llningstrappan och det var inte alls tidskr\u00e4vande.<\/p>\n<p>Tror best\u00e4mt att jag haft en bukett av rabarber om jag gift mig idag. Jag blir s\u00e5 sj\u00e4laglad av enkla saker som egen saft och barnen tyckte det var dito roligt att hj\u00e4lpa till, framf\u00f6rallt att dricka upp resultatet.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r gjorde vi:<\/p>\n<p>1 kg rabarber<br \/>\n800 g jordgubbar<br \/>\n0,6 kg socker<br \/>\nSaften fr\u00e5n 1 citron<br \/>\n1 n\u00e4ve f\u00e4rsk mynta<\/p>\n<p>Invigde v\u00e5r \u00e4rvda saftmaja. Kokade upp ingredienserna i 70 minuter och tappade upp i steriliserade, varma flaskor. Vi hittade v\u00e5ra p\u00e5 loppis.\u00a0St\u00e4ng locket och l\u00e5t svalna.
