Årets första semla är intagen! Skam och skandal vet jag att några tycker när det fortfarande är långt till Fettisdagen. Själv har jag aldrig riktigt gillar semlor och brukar därför aldrig äta så många och framförallt inte så tidigt. Jag kan till och med ha kallat semlan för att av det mest överskattade bakverken (Förlåt!). Det var innan jag blev hög på hormoner. De senaste graviditetsveckorna har jag fullkomligen suktat efter just semlor. Som ett plåster på såren för att jag var tvungen att lämna blodprov och dessutom har fogar som trilskas med mig köpte jag årets första semla på Brioche igår. Det återstår att se om denna semmel-älskande fas går över när bebisen är här eller om längtan efter semlor är lika stark i juldagarna nästa år också.

Alltså både förra årets och årets sämsta beslut måste vara att ha en sockerfri januari – när det är tiden för semlor. Kan hålla med om att det inte är världens mest komplexa bakverk, men ojoj så gott det är. Hoppas den smakade. En annan får alltså vänta till februari 🙂
Haha, åh nej! Fast det låter å andra sidan som ett klokt beslut. Något jag också skulle behöva införa. Fast det får bli ett annat år. Semlan smakar säkert ännu godare i februari! 🙂
