Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett av de d\u00e4r inl\u00e4ggen som legat i k\u00f6 ett tag, men b\u00e4ttre sent \u00e4n aldrig. <\/div>\n

L\u00f6rdagen innan valborg hade vi en tr\u00e4ff med Salt\u00e5 Kvarns smakr\u00e5d. Vi har det ett par g\u00e5nger per \u00e5r och f\u00e5r l\u00e4ra oss om olika saker, det kan vara allt fr\u00e5n olivoljor till ekologiskt jordbruk, kompost eller att laga fantastisk mat. Jag uppskattar de h\u00e4r tr\u00e4ffarna s\u00e5 otroligt mycket. En brokig skara av m\u00e4nniskor fr\u00e5n olika delar av landet med olika bakgrund och jobb men med en gemensam passion f\u00f6r mat och ekologiskt. Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen bes\u00f6kte vi Davidsta G\u00e5rd och det underbara paret Louise och Curt. Maken till underbara m\u00e4nniskor f\u00e5r man leta efter. Dom v\u00e4lkomnade oss med \u00f6ppna armar och ber\u00e4ttade om deras filosofier och hur dom jobbar med djur och gr\u00f6dor. Det g\u00f6r ont i hela min sj\u00e4l att se och h\u00f6ra hur dom \u00e4lskar det dom g\u00f6r men samtidigt hur som sliter och hur lite dom f\u00e5r f\u00f6r det. Bara f\u00f6r att matpriserna st\u00e4ndigt pressas och d\u00e4r det \u00e4r producenterna, inte handlarna, som f\u00e5r ta st\u00f6ten.<\/div>\n

Dom pratade lite l\u00f6st om att kanske skaffa en ”k\u00f6ttl\u00e5da”, dvs att man kan k\u00f6pa en l\u00e5da med f\u00e4rdigstyckat k\u00f6tt fr\u00e5n g\u00e5rden. Det skulle jag utan tvekan g\u00f6ra och om dom n\u00e5gonsin startar s\u00e5 lovar jag att dela med mig av det! Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r fina kossor som f\u00e5r g\u00e5 ute s\u00e5 mycket det bara g\u00e5r, \u00e4ta bra mat som \u00e4r odlat p\u00e5 g\u00e5rden och har det otvivelaktigt bra.<\/div>\n

Vi fick g\u00e5 runt p\u00e5 deras vackra g\u00e5rd, klappa lammen och titta p\u00e5 kossorna. Sen fick vi \u00e4ta hemlagad lunch, lyssna p\u00e5 en f\u00f6rel\u00e4sning om jord av initiativtagarna till Summer of Soil<\/span><\/b><\/a> och l\u00e4ra oss syra gr\u00f6nsaker. Riktigt kul! Fast det b\u00e4sta minnet var nog det h\u00e4r lilla lammet som \u00e4lskade att bli kliad. Helt galet s\u00f6t! Dom andra hoppade och skulle smaka p\u00e5 allt men den h\u00e4r lilla rackaren var helt lugn och \u00e4lskade (!) n\u00e4r man kliade honom p\u00e5 huvudet och s\u00e5 viftade han p\u00e5 svansen n\u00e4r man pratade med honom. Haha. Det var mycket n\u00e4ra att han fick f\u00f6lja med hem! Och s\u00e5 hamnade halva jag p\u00e5 bloggen ocks\u00e5, det h\u00e4nder inte allt f\u00f6r ofta.<\/div>\n
