<p>Kolla på dessa! De är så gulliga! Och godisgoda. Det är små hanblommor från tall. Tallstrunt kallas de tydligen. Tallen (<a href="http://linnaeus.nrm.se/flora/barr/pina/pinus/pinusyl.html"><em>Pinus sylvestris</em></a>) är jättebra, den går nämligen att använda till mycket. Barken från unga plantor kan rostas och ätas som snacks, rötterna från unga plantor kan ätas råa eller i en gryta och skotten kan ätas som de är. Dessutom kan barren plockas året runt och användas till te, sillinläggningar, snaps, som krydda i såser och grytor osv. Varning: att plocka tallskott/bark/blommor utan markägarens tillstånd = BIG NO NO, så fråga först.</p>
<p>Tallstruntar är jättegoda som de är, men den här gången testade jag att rosta blommorna lätt och använde de sedan i en sallad med bland annat min absolut bästa vilda matväxt löktrav (<a href="http://linnaeus.nrm.se/flora/di/brassica/allia/allipet.html"><em>Alliaria petiolata</em></a>). Kolla vad gott det ser ut! Det smakade skog.</p>
