Det \u00e4r allts\u00e5 en sm\u00f6rg\u00e5s med avokado, mungb\u00f6ngroddar, alfa alfagroddar samt backsk\u00e4rvfr\u00f6, ett glas av f\u00f6rra sommarens \u00e4pple och r\u00f6da vinb\u00e4rsdricka och sist men inte minst, violglass med gullvivesirap och h\u00e4sslebroddskaramell. Magi i min mun.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ograsligt.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/05\/viola-tricolor-icecream.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-63 \" src=\"https:\/\/ograsligt.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/05\/viola-tricolor-icecream.jpg?w=648&#038;resize=727%2C545\" alt=\"Processed with VSCOcam with f2 preset\" width=\"727\" height=\"545\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Till glassen anv\u00e4nde jag samma recept som till <a href=\"https:\/\/ograsligt.wordpress.com\/2015\/05\/02\/beroendeframkallande-kolagras\/\">v\u00e5rbroddsglassen<\/a> jag gjorde f\u00f6rra veckan, men jag bytte ut v\u00e5rbrodden mot 101 styvmorsviolblommor. Det s\u00e4gs att <a href=\"http:\/\/linnaeus.nrm.se\/flora\/di\/viola\/viola\/violodo.html\">luktviol<\/a> (<em>Viola odorata<\/em>) och <a href=\"http:\/\/linnaeus.nrm.se\/flora\/di\/viola\/viola\/violmir.html\">underviol<\/a> (<em>Viola mirabilis<\/em>) smakar mer, men jag har inte hittat dessa arter i tillr\u00e4ckligt stora best\u00e5nd f\u00f6r att det ska ska k\u00e4nnas okej\u00a0att plocka s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga\u00a0blommor. Det \u00e4r viktigt att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 s\u00e5dant. Alla goda arter \u00e4r tyv\u00e4rr inte vanliga. <a href=\"http:\/\/linnaeus.nrm.se\/flora\/di\/viola\/viola\/violtri.html\">Styvmorsviol<\/a> (<em>Viola tricolor<\/em>) v\u00e4xer lyckligtvis i tusental p\u00e5 mitt hemliga st\u00e4lle. P\u00e5 samma st\u00e4lle plockade jag ocks\u00e5 ingredienserna till b\u00e5de gullvivesirap och h\u00e4sslebroddskaramell. Gullvivesirapen gjorde jag s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p>Plocka blomhuvuvdena av massor av <a href=\"http:\/\/linnaeus.nrm.se\/flora\/di\/primula\/primu\/primver.html\">gullvivor <\/a>(<em>Primula veris<\/em>). L\u00e4gg blommorna i kallt vatten en halvtimme, s\u00e5 har eventuella\u00a0sm\u00e5kryp en chans att fly innan kokningen. T\u00e4ck blommorna med vatten i en kastrull och l\u00e5t koka i 15 minuter. Sila bort blommor (och skalbaggar). M\u00e4t hur mycket v\u00e4tska du har och tills\u00e4tt dubbla m\u00e4ngden str\u00f6socker. Koka till en sirap. Sirapen ska vara ganska l\u00f6s, d\u00e5 den tjocknar n\u00e4r den kallnar. H\u00e4ll upp i glasburkar. Servera i te, till pannkakor, glass, eller anv\u00e4nd i marinad, dressing etc.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ograsligt.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/05\/gullviva-sirap.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-54 \" src=\"https:\/\/ograsligt.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/05\/gullviva-sirap.jpg?w=648&#038;resize=724%2C965\" alt=\"Processed with VSCOcam with f2 preset\" width=\"724\" height=\"965\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Karamellen gjorde jag p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt. Det var meningen att det skulle bli sirap, men jag r\u00e5kade koka den f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge, s\u00e5 det blev en karamell ist\u00e4llet. Som smaks\u00e4ttare anv\u00e4nde jag <a href=\"http:\/\/linnaeus.nrm.se\/flora\/mono\/poa\/miliu\/milieff.html\">h\u00e4sslebrodd<\/a> (<em>Milium effusum<\/em>). Ett bredbladigt gr\u00e4s som trivs i skuggiga lundar. Precis som v\u00e5rbrodd inneh\u00e5ller det h\u00e4r gr\u00e4set kumarin, vilket ger en vaniljig smak.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r ser h\u00e4sslebrodd ut. Arten \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt karakteristisk, med sina breda ljusgr\u00f6na, slokande blad. Om du k\u00e4nner dig os\u00e4ker kan du lukta eller smaka p\u00e5 gr\u00e4set.
