Pr\u00e4stkrage! Den \u00e4r s\u00e5 god! Blomman smakar p\u00e4ronsplit! Den h\u00e4r m\u00e5ste\u00a0jag g\u00f6ra saft av, t\u00e4nkte jag direkt n\u00e4r jag smakade blomman. I \u00e5r verkar dessutom vara ett riktigt pr\u00e4stkrage\u00e5r. I alla fall i norra Fornbro, d\u00e4r blommar just nu tiotusentals pr\u00e4stkragar. Jag gav mig s\u00e5ledes ut p\u00e5 \u00e4ngarna i m\u00e5ndags och plockade korgen full av pr\u00e4stkrageblommor. Sen blev det saft! Saften\u00a0blev inte riktigt s\u00e5 p\u00e4ronsplitig som jag hade hoppats p\u00e5, men den\u00a0blev v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4skande och god.<\/p>\n

1,5 l vatten<\/p>\n

1,5 kg socker<\/p>\n

2 st citroner<\/p>\n

2 p\u00e5sar (\u00e0 30 g)\u00a0citronsyra<\/p>\n

Sk\u00f6lj blommorna i kallt vatten. Skiva citronerna och varva med blommorna i en sk\u00e5l. Koka upp vatten och socker till en sockerlag. R\u00f6r ner citronsyran i sockerlagen. H\u00e4ll lagen \u00f6ver citronpr\u00e4stkrageblandningen och t\u00e4ck \u00f6ver sk\u00e5len. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 i 3 dagar. Sila saften\u00a0genom durkslag + kaffefilter och h\u00e4ll upp p\u00e5 flaska. Satsen r\u00e4cker till tv\u00e5 flaskor. F\u00f6rvara flaskorna i kylsk\u00e5pet s\u00e5 h\u00e5ller de hela sommaren. Tills\u00e4tt natriumbensoat tillsammans med citronsyran om du vill lagra saften \u00f6ver vintern.<\/p>\n
