Jag har just precis \u00e4tit gran till middag.<\/p>\n

Det \u00e4r ju som bekant januari, dvs \u00e5rets fattigaste m\u00e5nad. Skafferiet m\u00e5ste allts\u00e5 t\u00f6mmas och soppa m\u00e5ste kokas p\u00e5 en spik. I h\u00f6stas k\u00f6pte jag typ tio kilo palsternackor, som fram tills idag har legat i en l\u00e5da i k\u00f6ket och h\u00e5nat mig. Men idag blev n\u00e5gra av dem middag. Det kanske inte ser s\u00e5 mycket ut f\u00f6r v\u00e4rlden pga mina begr\u00e4nsade kunskaper i fotografi och matstyling (plus att dips\u00e5sen i princip\u00a0var slut n\u00e4r jag kom p\u00e5 att det ju kunde vara trevligt med en bild), men det var faktiskt j\u00e4ttegott. S\u00e5 pass gott att jag definitivt kommer att servera detta till andra. Med n\u00e5got till s\u00e5klart. Kanske grillad portobello.<\/p>\n

\"Granbarrsolja\"<\/a>Borsta av palsternackorna (skala inte) och sk\u00e4r i lagom stora bitar. V\u00e4nd palsternackorna i salt och olja och baka i 175 grader\u00a0i ca 20 min.<\/p>\n

Mortla granbarr med olivolja och lite salt. Sila bort barren och r\u00f6r samman\u00a0granolja och tomatpur\u00e9. \u00c4t.<\/p>\n

Allts\u00e5 l\u00f6jligt enkelt, billigt och gott.<\/p>\n

En annan trevlig sak som kan g\u00f6ras av gran \u00e4r drinkar. P\u00e5 ny\u00e5rsafton f\u00f6ddes den s\u00e5 kallade Swedish Bucket, en hink full av krispig vinter. Nedan f\u00f6ljer n\u00e5got slags recept. Jag \u00e4r inte helt p\u00e5 det klara med proportionerna, d\u00e5 en gigantisk cocktail f\u00f6r 20 personer blandades i en hink. Du f\u00e5r smaka dig fram helt enkelt.<\/p>\n

Gransockerlagen g\u00f6rs s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: L\u00e4gg granbarr i en kastrull och t\u00e4ck med lika delar socker och vatten. L\u00e5t koka ca 15 min. St\u00e4ll att svalna. Tappa upp sockerlagen p\u00e5 flaska och f\u00f6rvara i kylsk\u00e5pet (g\u00e4rna ett par dagar) med en grankvist i tills det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r servering.<\/p>\n
