S\u00e4tt ut muffinsformar p\u00e5 en muffinspl\u00e5t.<br \/>\nSm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret. Vispa samman \u00e4gg och socker p\u00f6sigt. Tills\u00e4tt havredryck och sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r. Blanda samman mj\u00f6l, saffran och bakpulver i en bunke f\u00f6r sig och blanda sedan ner det\u00a0i \u00e4ggsmeten. Klicka ut smeten i formar och gr\u00e4dda sedan mitt i ugnen i ca 15 minuter. Today it&#8217;s time for the first Christmas recipe for this year and I&#8217;m really excited! This recipe is a personal favorite and I&#8217;ve already managed to eat an entire batch of these saffron muffins (hehe). I&#8217;ll make another one this weekend because on Sunday it&#8217;s the first of advent and that means it&#8217;s time for mulled wine and all the necessary &#8221;fika&#8221;, like gingerbread cookies and saffron muffins. Wohoo!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>These muffins are so simple and it takes almost no time at all to make them. Place 12 muffin\u00a0papers\u00a0in a cupcake pan.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Melt the butter. Mix eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add oat milk and the melted butter and mix. In a separate bowl, mix together flours, saffron and baking soda. Add it to the other bowl containing the egg mixture. Use a spoon to fill the muffin papers\u00a0with muffin batter and bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
