Jag vet inte om det \u00e4r det h\u00e4r med att packa en korg med mat och ge sig ut, eller om det \u00e4r grejen att \u00e4ta utomhus. Kanske \u00e4r det en kombination av b\u00e5da sakerna? Jag tycker allt smakar s\u00e5 mycket mer och s\u00e5 mycket godare n\u00e4r man \u00e4ter det utomhus. S\u00e5, i helgen packade vi en gammal tr\u00e4l\u00e5da full med massa godsaker som surdegsbr\u00f6d, nektariner, grillade persikor, \u00e4lggr\u00e4sdricka, gr\u00f6nsaker, hummus och den goda jordgubbs\/basilika-r\u00f6ran jag skrev om <a href=\"http:\/\/thewaveswemake.se\/thenordickitchen\/2016\/06\/05\/jordgubbsrora-med-basilika\/\">h\u00e4r<\/a>. H\u00e4r nedan kommer n\u00e5gra bilder p\u00e5 hur l\u00e5dan s\u00e5g ut innan vi gav oss ut. En enkel surdegsmacka med hummus och n\u00e5gra kvistar f\u00e4rsk persilja och timjan smakar aldrig s\u00e5 gott som n\u00e4r man har picknick. Det beh\u00f6vs liksom inga fancy gourmetr\u00e4tter, allt smakar fantastiskt gott, \u00e4ven i all sin enkelhet. Till n\u00e4sta picknick funderar jag p\u00e5 att testa att g\u00f6ra b\u00f6npannkakor. Jag har testat de flesta sorters pannkakor &#8211; med banan, chiafr\u00f6n, bovete, havre, kokos, hampaprotein och med vad som k\u00e4nns som hundratals olika smaks\u00e4ttningar. Jag ser b\u00f6npannkakor mest \u00f6verallt nuf\u00f6rtiden och det \u00e4r h\u00f6g tid f\u00f6r mig att ta fram ett recept p\u00e5 det. Men, det f\u00e5r bli till n\u00e4sta picknick. F\u00f6rst p\u00e5 schemat st\u00e5r br\u00f6llop f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra v\u00e4nner. Vi kommer att spendera helgen\u00a0p\u00e5 ett slott i sk\u00e4rg\u00e5rden och just nu ligger fokus p\u00e5 att hitta den r\u00e4tta kl\u00e4nningen (nej, jag har inte best\u00e4mt mig \u00e4n) och att f\u00f6rvandla mitt raka h\u00e5r till en lockig historia. Men f\u00f6rst \u00e4r det fredag och vi ska inleda helgen p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta s\u00e4tt, n\u00e4mligen med grillade majskolvar och en stor durrasallad.
