Jag ser granola som en onyttig variant av m\u00fcsli. Den granola som finns att k\u00f6pa i butik \u00e4r ofta fullmatad med socker i olika former och dessutom inneh\u00e5ller den ofta vetemj\u00f6l samt n\u00f6tter av olika slag, vilket \u00e4r hoppl\u00f6st f\u00f6r oss gluten- och n\u00f6tallergiker. S\u00e5, sedan en l\u00e5ng tid tillbaka g\u00f6r jag min egen granola. Jag har egentligen aldrig haft n\u00e5got recept som jag utg\u00e5tt ifr\u00e5n, utan mest blandat ihop lite av allt p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och rostat i ugnen. Jag tycker att allt blir gott n\u00e4r man rostar det och \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r inte s\u00e5 kr\u00e4sen n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller vad jag blandar samman.\u00a0Och jag m\u00e5ste s\u00e4ga att jag nog aldrig har misslyckats n\u00e4r jag gjort granola, till skillnad fr\u00e5n andra recept d\u00e4r jag misslyckas titt som t\u00e4tt (hehe). F\u00f6r ett tag sedan t\u00e4nkte jag i alla fall att det vore trevligt att dela med sig av ett n\u00f6tfritt, glutenfritt, veganskt och nyttigt recept p\u00e5 granola som trots alla undantagna ingredienser fortfarande smakar s\u00e5d\u00e4r s\u00f6tt och krispigt som granola ska g\u00f6ra. \n1,5 dl \u00e4ppeljuice (ej koncentrat, v\u00e4lj en som enbart \u00e4r gjord p\u00e5 \u00e4pplen)

S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader.<\/p>\n

Blanda samman de torra ingredienserna i en bunke, det vill s\u00e4ga havregryn, solrosfr\u00f6n, linfr\u00f6n, sesamfr\u00f6n, kanel och vaniljpulver.<\/p>\n

Dela dadlarna och ta ur k\u00e4rnan. Hacka dem l\u00e4tt och l\u00e4gg dem sedan i en mixersk\u00e5l. H\u00e4ll ner \u00e4ppeljuicen och rapsoljan och mixa tills du har en sl\u00e4t smet. H\u00e4ll dadelsmeten \u00f6ver de torra ingredienserna och blanda noga.<\/p>\n

Kl\u00e4 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper och h\u00e4ll ut granolan. Ta s\u00f6nder klumpar som \u00e4r f\u00f6r stora s\u00e5 att du har en ungef\u00e4r j\u00e4mn storlek p\u00e5 alla klumparna.<\/p>\n

Rosta granolan mitt i ugnen i 15-20 minuter. Eftersom rostningen g\u00e5r olika snabbt i olika ugnar \u00e4r det bra om du har koll p\u00e5 granolan hela tiden s\u00e5 att den inte br\u00e4nns.<\/p>\n

L\u00e5t den f\u00e4rdiga granolan svalna helt, det \u00e4r f\u00f6rst n\u00e4r den svalnat som den f\u00e5r sin krispighet. N\u00e4r du tar ut granolan kommer den att vara lite mjuk, s\u00e5 du ska allts\u00e5 inte rosta den tills den blir krispig utan bara l\u00e5ta den svalna. G\u00e5 ist\u00e4llet p\u00e5 f\u00e4rgen f\u00f6r att avg\u00f6ra om granolan \u00e4r klar, den ska vara l\u00e4tt gyllenbrun. Jag gillar att \u00e4ta den med vegetabilisk mj\u00f6lk och f\u00e4rska bl\u00e5b\u00e4r eller n\u00e5gra andra b\u00e4r. Eller varf\u00f6r inte toppa gr\u00f6ten med lite granola f\u00f6r att lyxa till det.<\/p>\n
