\nI mitt f\u00f6rra<\/strong> inl\u00e4gg skrev jag om hur vi fyller kyl och frys med b\u00e4r av alla de slag. Nog f\u00f6r att b\u00e4ren smakar som allra godast n\u00e4r man \u00e4ter dem direkt, men att proppa i sig flera liter b\u00e4r p\u00e5 bara ett par dagar blir lite v\u00e4l mycket. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag nu komma p\u00e5 en massa saker att g\u00f6ra med b\u00e4ren. Det vanligaste \u00e4r kanske att koka saft, sylt och marmelad, men saft \u00e4r inget f\u00f6r mig och eftersom jag helst undviker vitt socker \u00e4r traditionell sylt och marmelad inget f\u00f6r mig. Ist\u00e4llet har jag nu provat att g\u00f6ra chiasylt p\u00e5 en del av de svarta vinb\u00e4ren och bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren vi plockat. Vitt socker har ju f\u00f6rdelen att det fungerar som konserveringsmedel, vilket\u00a0man inte f\u00e5r om man g\u00f6r chiasylt. Det kan d\u00e4rf\u00f6r vara smart att g\u00f6ra sm\u00e5 laddningar sylt allt eftersom, s\u00e5 att sylten inte blir d\u00e5lig i kylen. Vi har fryst in massor av b\u00e4r redan och jag t\u00e4nker att man bara kan ta fram en l\u00e5da och g\u00f6ra en laddning chiasylt n\u00e4r man \u00e4r sugen p\u00e5 det.<\/p>\n

Chiasylt \u00e4r hur<\/strong> enkelt som helst att g\u00f6ra. Jag har gjort en raw variant d\u00e4r man inte upphettar b\u00e4ren. Ist\u00e4llet har jag bara mixat dem med en stavmixer och blandat samman med lite kokossocker och chiafr\u00f6n. Jag utgick fr\u00e5n f\u00f6ljande proportioner: 2 dl svarta vinb\u00e4r \/ 1 dl bl\u00e5b\u00e4r \/ 2 msk kokosblomsocker \/ 3 msk chiafr\u00f6n. N\u00e4r man mixat b\u00e4ren \u00e4r det bara att blanda samman dem med kokossockret och chiafr\u00f6na, h\u00e4lla upp sylten i en fin burk och st\u00e4lla in i kylen. Eftersom chiafr\u00f6n sv\u00e4ller vid kontakt med v\u00e4tska kommer de att ge sylten en v\u00e4ldigt ”syltig” konsistens n\u00e4r den f\u00e5r st\u00e5, s\u00e5 oroa dig inte om sylten k\u00e4nns v\u00e4ldigt l\u00f6s och rinnig till en b\u00f6rjan. Ett tips \u00e4r att bre ett lager sylt p\u00e5 grovt br\u00f6d – supergott. Och jag inser nu att sylten uppenbarligen g\u00e5r lika bra att anv\u00e4nda som marmelad, haha.\u00a0S\u00e5 l\u00e4nge det \u00e4r gott s\u00e5 spelar det v\u00e4l ingen roll vad man kallar det antar jag… Kram p\u00e5 er <3<\/p>\n
