F\u00f6rra veckan var vi f\u00f6rkylda, antagligen en vanlig hederlig f\u00f6rkylning men med hosta och d\u00e5 blev det en hemmavecka med allt vad det inneb\u00e4r. Fyra barn, alla med olika behov och framf\u00f6rallt kr\u00e4vs d\u00e5 n\u00e5gon sorts struktur f\u00f6r att vardagen ska flyta p\u00e5. Allt fr\u00e5n hj\u00e4lp att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 vad som h\u00e4nder i v\u00e4rlden till l\u00e4xhj\u00e4lp, mat och mellis p\u00e5 fasta tider till inspiration att komma ig\u00e5ng med lekar och pyssel. Det \u00e4r inte alltid l\u00e4tt och med fyra barn \u00e4r det oftast n\u00e5gon som \u00e4r missn\u00f6jd f\u00f6r stunden, det \u00e4r vardag och en viktig insikt. Vi alla g\u00f6r s\u00e5 gott vi kan, \u00e4ven barnen som f\u00f6rst\u00e5s blir rastl\u00f6sa och saknar sina v\u00e4nner s\u00e5 det n\u00e4stan g\u00f6r ont.<\/p>\n

Mitt i allt det h\u00e4r, g\u00e5r jag och k\u00e4nner mig otillr\u00e4cklig \u00e5t alla h\u00e5ll. Det f\u00e5r vara okej, f\u00f6r nu. K\u00e4nner att jag beh\u00f6ver samla kraft och energi, g\u00f6ra s\u00e5nt som g\u00f6r mig gott. Inte oroa mig f\u00f6r n\u00e4ra och k\u00e4ra hela tiden, kroppen beh\u00f6ver hitta tillbaka till ett lugn. D\u00e5 vet jag att kreativitet helar mig b\u00e4st, det och ett varmt bad kan g\u00f6ra underverk. S\u00e5 i helgen tog jag djupa andetag, hinkade kaffe, lyssnade p\u00e5 p4, s\u00e5dde fr\u00f6er och bakade mitt f\u00f6rsta surdegsbr\u00f6d. Fint att jag levt och l\u00e4rt k\u00e4nna mitt innersta, s\u00e5 jag hinner st\u00e4lla om. Dra i handbromsen och bara vara emellan\u00e5t. Innan vardagen drar ig\u00e5ng med sin fulla kraft. Missf\u00f6rst\u00e5 mig inte, jag \u00e4lskar v\u00e5r vardag och det liv vi skapat h\u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e5r lilla jordepl\u00e4tt men ibland och just nu \u00e4r det livsviktigt att hitta tillf\u00e4llen att ladda batterierna inf\u00f6r vad \u00e4n som v\u00e4ntar h\u00e4r n\u00e4st.<\/p>\n
