Den skiljer sig fr\u00e5n vanlig gul l\u00f6k eftersom den bildar hela knippen av l\u00f6kar och det kan bli upp till 10 sidol\u00f6kar. R\u00f6dl\u00f6ken \u00e4r lite k\u00e4nsligare eftersom den l\u00e4ttare g\u00e5r i blom men att odla egen l\u00f6k \u00e4r tacksamt n\u00e4r det fungerar, inte minst f\u00f6r att man kan \u00e4ta sin egen l\u00f6k l\u00e5ngt in under vintern. L\u00f6k \u00e4r ju dessutom l\u00e4tt att lagra om man f\u00f6rvarar dem torrt och svalt. Sedan kan de anv\u00e4ndas till inl\u00e4ggningar, r\u00e5 i sallader, kokt eller stekt i grytor och soppor resten av \u00e5ret. Dessutom inneh\u00e5ller dem C-vitamin, j\u00e4rn, kalcium och fosfor.<\/p>\n<p>De ska helst planteras tidigt p\u00e5 v\u00e5ren s\u00e5 fort jorden b\u00f6rjar bli varm och vi v\u00e4ljer att s\u00e4tta l\u00f6karna enligt en n\u00e5got annorlunda metod och sprider ut 300 l\u00f6kar j\u00e4mnt i en pallkrage, modell st\u00f6rre, sedan fyller vi p\u00e5 med ca 3 cm kompostjord p\u00e5 toppen. Vilket g\u00f6r att vi kommer kunna sk\u00f6rda salladsl\u00f6k hela sommaren ocks\u00e5 blir det sj\u00e4lva gallringen. Vi har valt att odla l\u00f6k intill mor\u00f6tterna f\u00f6r att slippa l\u00f6kflugor, de f\u00f6rvillas l\u00e4tt av morotsdoften. Dessutom m\u00e5ste vi t\u00e4cka l\u00f6ken med fiberduk tills frostrisken \u00e4r \u00f6ver.\u00a0Vi g\u00f6dslar regelbundet med Bio bact som \u00e4r ett n\u00e4ringstillskott fr\u00e5n \u00f6verskott av pappersmassatillverkning och det \u00e4r helt biologiskt. Tipset fick jag av b\u00e4sta <a href=\"http:\/\/thewaveswemake.se\/mariaemb\/\">Maria<\/a>\u00a0och det har funkat riktigt bra inomhus vid f\u00f6rkultiveringen och hoppas den ska f\u00e5 skjuts p\u00e5 tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rdsodlingarna ocks\u00e5. Vi tillf\u00f6r \u00e4ven lite av den aska som blivit \u00f6ver efter vinterns vedeldning eftersom l\u00f6ken trivs b\u00e4st med h\u00f6g kalkhalt och dessutom har vi blandat upp jorden med h\u00e4stg\u00f6dsel fr\u00e5n en bonde i byn. Vi har s\u00e5 fina grannar s\u00e5 n\u00e4rmsta grannen tog sin traktor och \u00e5kte och h\u00e4mtade ett lass \u00e5t oss utan att vi ens beh\u00f6vt be om det, blir s\u00e5 glad av s\u00e5dan omtanke.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att undvika sjukdomar b\u00f6r man som alltid ha en ordnad v\u00e4xtf\u00f6ljd och inte odla l\u00f6k p\u00e5 samma plats \u00e5r efter \u00e5r.
