Till falafeln serverade jag en tomatasalsa p\u00e5 krossade tomater, l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k, spiskummin, salt och peppar. Den fick koka ihop tills den blev tjock i konsistensen ca 20-30 min undertiden som jag f\u00f6rberedde biffarna. Jag gjorde \u00e4ven youghurts\u00e5s med hackand vitl\u00f6k och svartpeppar. Detta avnj\u00f6ts med diverse gr\u00f6nsaker vi hade hemma samt ett gott orientaliskt br\u00f6d. Mums!<\/div>\n

Idag blir det en ny veckohandling och en massa gott ska inhandlas. Har jag sagt att jag \u00e4lskar mat?<\/div>\n

I always get so much energy when it comes to food this time of year. Last week we tried some new dishes and one of them were falafel. It was so good and not at all difficult to make. Today its time for a new weekly visit to the grocery store. I love good food!<\/span><\/div>\n
