Snabblagad, nyttig, enkel<\/strong> och billig mat \u00e4r n\u00e5got som m\u00e5nga st\u00e4ndigt letar efter. Min absoluta favoritsnabbmat \u00e4r sallader eftersom det tar ungef\u00e4r 10 minuter att sl\u00e4nga ihop en god sallad best\u00e5ende av gr\u00f6nsaker, n\u00f6tter, fr\u00f6n och baljv\u00e4xt av valfritt slag. Men, hur gott det \u00e4n \u00e4r med sallad s\u00e5 vill man ibland ha n\u00e5got som \u00e4r lite mer v\u00e4rmande, speciellt s\u00e5h\u00e4r i vintertid.<\/p>\n

Shakshuka \u00e4r en av mina absoluta favoriter eftersom det \u00e4r fasligt enkelt och samtidigt vansinnigt gott. Dessutom \u00e4r det billigt och nyttigt s\u00e5 f\u00f6r alla som letar efter s\u00e5n d\u00e4r enkel vardagsmat som m\u00e4ttar och inte br\u00e4nner halva matbudgeten f\u00f6r veckan – vars\u00e5goda!<\/p>\n

Shakshuka<\/h2>\n

2-4 personer<\/em><\/p>\n

1 gul l\u00f6k
\n2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor
\n1 chilifrukt
\nrapsolja eller smakneutral kokosolja att steka i
\n800 g krossade tomater
\n1 msk oregano
\n1 tsk timjan
\n1 tsk basilika
\n1 tsk paprikapulver
\n2 krm r\u00f6kt paprikapulver
\nsalt och svartpeppar
\n4-6 ekologiska \u00e4gg (beroende p\u00e5 hur stor stekpanna du har)<\/p>\n

Hacka den gula l\u00f6ken och chilifrukten fint. V\u00e4rm lite rapsolja i en stekpanna och h\u00e4ll ner l\u00f6ken och chilin. Pressa ner vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna och fr\u00e4s tills allt mjuknat n\u00e5got. Tills\u00e4tt de krossade tomaterna och alla kryddor. R\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t sm\u00e5koka i 5-10 minuter.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6rs\u00f6k att g\u00f6ra sm\u00e5 h\u00e5l i tomats\u00e5sen och kl\u00e4ck sedan ner \u00e4ggen d\u00e4r i. T\u00e4ck stekpannan med ett lock och l\u00e5t sm\u00e5koka i ytterligare 5-10 minuter, eller tills \u00e4ggvitorna stelnat. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite f\u00e4rsk basilika (eller anna valfri krydda) och servera med n\u00e5gra skivor br\u00f6d.<\/p>\n

\nFast, easy, healthy<\/strong> and cheap – there are many requests to be fulfilled if you want to make the perfect weekday-dish. My favorite fast food is salads of different kinds because it takes almost no time at all to make a big salad of fresh vegetables, crunchy nuts and legumes. But, during winter I prefer warm food over salads. Soups, stews and porridges of varying\u00a0kind are probably what we eat most during this cold time of the year.<\/p>\n

One of my absolute favorites is the dish Shakshuka. It\u2019s so easy to make and also amazingly good. Plus it\u2019s cheap and healthy so it has everything you\u2019re looking for in a dish \ud83d\ude09 We make shakshuka at least once a week and after trying different recipes I\u2019ve come up with my own version and I hope you\u2019ll like it.<\/p>\n

Shakshuka<\/h2>\n

2-4 servings\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

1 yellow onion
\n2 garlic cloves
\n1 jalape\u00f1o
\ncanola oil
\n800 g canned tomatoes
\n1 tbsp oregano
\n1 tsp basil
\n1 tsp thyme
\n1 tsp paprika
\n1\/2 tsp smoked paprika
\nsalt & black pepper
\n4-6 organic, free-range eggs (depending on the size of your skillet)<\/p>\n

Chop the yellow onion, garlic cloves and the jalape\u00f1o. Heat up some canola oil in a large skillet and add the chopped onions and jalape\u00f1o. Cook until soft. Then add the canned tomatoes and the herbs and let cook for about 5-10 minutes.<\/p>\n

Try to create small holes or divots in the tomato sauce and crack the eggs into them. Cover the skillet with a lid and let cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until the egg whites have set. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves (or any other fresh herb) and serve with a few slices of sour dough\/whole grain bread. Enjoy!<\/p>\n
