Imorgon \u00e4r det<\/strong> andra advent. Redan! Det \u00e4r bara tv\u00e5 helger kvar till jul och jag f\u00f6rst\u00e5r inte riktigt vad som h\u00e4nder om jag ska vara \u00e4rlig. Vart tar tiden v\u00e4gen? Jag har i alla fall b\u00f6rjat k\u00f6pa julklappar s\u00e5 sm\u00e5tt och jag m\u00e5ste s\u00e4ga att det g\u00e5r enklare \u00e4n vanligt i \u00e5r. Som vanligt f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag t\u00e4nka s\u00e5 h\u00e5llbart som m\u00f6jligt n\u00e4r det kommer till julklappar. Det som g\u00e5r k\u00f6per jag ekologiskt\/milj\u00f6m\u00e4rkt eller g\u00f6r sj\u00e4lv och n\u00e4r det inte g\u00e5r f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag t\u00e4nka nytta\/gl\u00e4dje. Allts\u00e5, hur mycket personen ifr\u00e5ga kommer anv\u00e4nda julklappen eller hur g\u00e4rna personen vill ha den. Less is more f\u00f6r min del, det \u00e4r inte antalet julklappar som \u00e4r det viktiga, utan fokus \u00e4r p\u00e5 vad som finns i paketen.\u00a0Hur \u00e4r det f\u00f6r er? Har ni b\u00f6rjat shoppa julklappar \u00e4n?<\/p>\n

Oavsett om ni har b\u00f6rjat julst\u00f6ka eller inte s\u00e5 t\u00e4nker jag att det kan vara trevligt med lite julbak s\u00e5h\u00e4r en l\u00f6rdag. Lagom till f\u00f6rsta advent bakade jag lussekatter och eftersom det snart \u00e4r lucia (och andra advent) \u00e4r det v\u00e4l h\u00f6g tid\u00a0att dela med sig av receptet.

Lussekatter (glutenfria + vegan)<\/h2>\n
ca 25 st<\/em><\/p>\n
75 g mj\u00f6lkfritt sm\u00f6r
\n2 dl vegetabilisk mj\u00f6lk
\n1 paket j\u00e4st (f\u00f6r s\u00f6ta degar)
\n2 tsk fiberhusk
\n1 dl vegansk kvarg (jag anv\u00e4nde Alpros)
\n1 dl kokossocker eller stevia str\u00f6 (eller vanligt str\u00f6socker om man s\u00e5 vill)
\n0,5 g saffran
\n1 krm salt
\n500 g fin glutenfri mj\u00f6lmix<\/p>\n
Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och blanda ner den vegetabiliska mj\u00f6lken. V\u00e4rm f\u00f6rsiktigt tills blandningen har en temperatur p\u00e5 37 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n
Smula j\u00e4sten i en bunke och tills\u00e4tt sedan sm\u00f6r- och mj\u00f6lkblandningen. Blanda ner fiberhusken och l\u00e5t smeten sv\u00e4lla i 10-15 minuter.<\/p>\n
Blanda ner vegankvarg, saffran, socker och salt och r\u00f6r noga.<\/p>\n
Arbeta sedan in mj\u00f6let, lite i taget. Spara n\u00e5gon eller ett par deciliter mj\u00f6l till utbakningen.<\/p>\n
L\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa i 30 minuter.<\/p>\n
Dela degen i mindre bitar och forma lussekatter. L\u00e4gg lussekatterna p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd pl\u00e5t och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa i ytterligare 30 minuter.<\/p>\n
V\u00e4rm ugnen till 250 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n
Tryck ner russin i \u00e4ndarna p\u00e5 lussekatterna och pensla med lite sm\u00e4lt mj\u00f6lkfritt sm\u00f6r.<\/p>\n
Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen i 5-8 minuter.
