Dela sedan nyponen och rensa bort k\u00e4rnorna. L\u00e4gg de rensade nyponen i en kastrull och t\u00e4ck dem ungef\u00e4r till h\u00e4lften med vatten. L\u00e5t sjuda p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme tills nyponen blivit mjuka (tar lite olika l\u00e5ng tid beroende p\u00e5 spis). Mixa sedan nyponsoppan sl\u00e4t med hj\u00e4lp av en stavmixer. H\u00e4ll d\u00e4refter soppan genom en sil f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 bort eventuella fr\u00f6rester. Om soppan \u00e4r f\u00f6r tjock i konsistensen kan du tills\u00e4tta lite mer vatten. \u00c4r den tv\u00e4rtom f\u00f6r l\u00f6s kan du blanda i lite potatismj\u00f6l. Smaks\u00e4tt slutligen med lite kokossocker eller annan valfri s\u00f6tning, exempelvis honung eller agavesirap.
