Är det inte härligt med långhelg så säg!? Imorgon planerar vi en picknick till en sjö i närheten av där vi bor och picknickkorgen ska fyllas med diverse godsaker, bland annat surdegsbröd, min potatissallad med sparris och timjan, hummus, färskpressad juice och så slänger vi säkert med oss några bitar av mina favoritbrownies med svarta bönor. Och så ska vi ta med oss en rejäl laddning av denna somriga röra där receptet kommer från bästa Karoline. Jordgubbar hör ju liksom sommaren till och är ju ett måste på en picknick. Att tomat och basilika är en fantastisk kombination vet vi ju, men faktum är att jordgubbar nog slår tomaterna i kampen om att bli basilikans bästa vän. Denna röra är superenkel att göra och passar både på bröd och som tillbehör till mat. Perfekt picknickmat!
Jordgubbsröra med basilika.
Karolines röra med jordgubbar och basilika
400 g växtbaserad creme fraiche
500 g färska jordgubbar, hackade
1 kruka basilika, hackad
svartpeppar efter tycke och smak
Blanda samman alla ingredienserna i en skål eller bunke. Klart!
