Jag får ofta frukost-crushes, ni vet, sådär att man hittar en ny favoritfrukost och vill äta den till frukost, lunch och middag precis varenda dag? Detta är precis ett sådant frukostrecept. Jag har länge haft svårt för bovete på grund av att det inte sagt klick mellan bovetet och mina smaklökar. Men nu har jag hittat rätt – med miljoner toppings blir bovetegröten en riktig succé!
Bovetegröt är ett bra alternativ till traditionell havregrynsgröt. Bovete är dessutom helt fritt från gluten vilket gör att det är perfekt för oss som inte tål just det. Du hittar bovete som mjöl, gryn, kross eller som helt bovete. Den här gröten är gjord på helt bovete och personligen tycker jag bättre om att göra gröt på hela frön än på gryn. Toppingen är som sagt a och o och det här är en av mina absoluta favoriter – avokado, björnbär och torkade mullbär. I den här tallriken slängde jag även ner några skivor KRAV-märkt päron, men det kan man såklart hoppa över. Avokado är i alla fall otroligt gott på gröt och har ni inte testat det än så måste ni göra det nu bums!
Bovetegröt
1 dl helt bovete
2 dl vatten
En nypa himalayasalt (eller vanligt salt om du hellre vill)
Blanda ingredienserna i en kastrull, låt koka upp och låt sedan sjuda i 7-8 minuter. Ställ kastrullen åt sidan och låt stå i ytterligare 7 minuter. Toppa med avokado, björnbär och mullbär och njut!
