Under Fashion UP! har vi förmånen att arbeta tillsammans med Anna Lidström. Hon har en bred erfarenhet från textilbranschen och arbetar aktivt för att fler modeföretag ska arbeta med upcycling av kläder. En av utmaningarna är också att upcycling ska bli mer kommersiellt gångbart. Anna kommer att vara en av jurykandidaterna under designtävlingen som hålls under modefestivalen Fashion UP!
Anna Lidström är en erfaren modedesigner och har en Masterexamen i modedesign från Textilhögskolan. Hon arbetar även som designer och konsult genom sitt företag -Another Studio mot stora svenska varumärken främst inom mode- men även heminredningsbranchen, bland annat myrorna, Gina Tricot, Ikea, Din Sko, Materia med flera. Annas designarbete kretsar ofta kring frågor som rör hållbarhet och upcycling, och sedan ett år tillbaka är Anna konstnärlig ledare för projektet Re:textile. Anna arbetar även som stylist med reklamfotograferingar inom inredning och mode, och undervisar sedan 2011 på modedesignutbildningen på Textilhögskolan. Anna har också ställt ut arbeten i Peking, Taiwan och Tokyo, och har även praktiserat hos Vivienne Westwood i London.
