Jag är en såndär periodare. Som fastnar för saker och äter det ganska intensivt en tid. Sen lessnar jag lite och tar en paus. Just nu heter begäret popcorn med parmesan och lite tryffelsalt. Vansinnigt gott och ett bra avbrott mot myskvällarnas standardutbud.
Poppa popcornen i gryta, riv parmesanosten på zestsidan (ni vet, den där som man aldrig använder men ofta gör illa sig på) och strö över när popcornen är varma. Smaka av med salt ellr tryffelsalt om ni har det.
