Nu när hösten börjar gå mot vinter och luften blir torrare och kallare blir min hud alldeles torr och narig. Det är speciellt huden på händerna samt huden i ansiktet och läpparna som blir torra och nariga. Botemedlet sedan ett par år tillbaka stavas denna hudsalva som jag svänger ihop med hjälp av bara tre ingredienser. Dessutom går det rekordsnabbt att svänga ihop den.
Ekologisk hudsalva
10 g bivax*
1 msk mandelolja*
3/4 dl sesamolja*
Koka upp vatten i en kastrull. Lägg bivaxet i en värmetålig skål och häll ner oljorna. Sänk värmen på plattan. Ställ ner skålen i kastrullen med varmt vatten och rör försiktigt tills oljorna och bivaxet smält samman. Häll den flytande salvan i en väl rengjord glasburk och låt svalna. Salvan stelnar när den svalnar. Förvara mörkt.
