Halloween är ingen högtid som firats under min uppväxt men för barnen har det blivit en mysig period med pyssel och maskerad så här på höstkanten. I år blev det en tingelingpumpa som fick pryda farstukvisten.
Hoppas ni får en fin vecka!
Rostade pumpakärnor:
Skölj kärnorna väl och låt rinna av. Sätt ugnen på 175°C. Bred ut kärnorna på en ugnsplåt med bakplåtspapper, ringla över olja och strö på salt. Sätt in i ugn, rör om då och då tills de fått lite färg (efter ca 20 min)
Pumpapannkakor (4 personer):
2 ägg
3 dl vetemjöl
4 dl mjölk
2 dl pumpapuré (kokt och mixad pumpa)
2 krm salt
1 tsk malen kanel
½ tsk malen kardemumma
1 krm malen nejlika
1/4 tsk malen torkad ingefära
smör till stekning
2 dl vispgrädde, vispad
- Vispa ihop, ägg, mjöl och hälften av mjölken. Vispa i resten av mjölken, pumpapuré och kryddor. Låt svälla 20 minuter i kylen.
- Stek pannkakor i önskad storlek, serveras med bär och grädde
