Förra veckan bakade vi julknäcke med sesamfrön och havssalt, så gott och dessutom väldigt mysigt att låta dem hänga över köksbordet!-
Ingredienser:
50 g jäst
5 dl vatten, fingervarmt
3 msk flingsalt
1 dl sesamfrön
8 dl rågmjöl
5 dl vetemjöl
1 msk honungSmula ned jästen i en bunke, blanda med fingervarmt vatten.
Tillsätt salt och honung. Blanda ned mjölet till en klibbig deg.
Strö 2 msk mjöl över degen och låt jäsa i cirka 1 timme.
Gör en korv och dela upp degen i önskat antal bröd (ca 18).
Tillsätt rikligt med rågmjöl vid utkavlingen. Kavla varje bit tunn,
bara några millimeter. Strö över lite extra sesamfrön och kavla igen.
Använd ett litet runt mått för hålen i mitten. Grädda direkt i ugnen
på 250 grader i 6–8 minuter.
Passa noga för det kan gå fort.
