Så snart man går utanför dörren möts man av en vägg av blomdoft. Överallt blommar syrener, hägg och liljekonvalj och det är som att komma in i en parfymbutik, fast utomhus. I söndags tog vi en långpromenad och passade på att plocka en bukett liljekonvalj och nu doftar köket underbart av dessa blommor. Att några blommor kan få en på så bra humör!? I helgen passade vi även på att göra en världsgod frukost med sojayoghurt och frukt. Egentligen är det så enkelt att man inte behöver något recept, men jag tänker att det alltid är trevligt med enkla, snabblagade recept så jag skriver ner det ändå.
Vegansk yoghurt med frukt, bär & nötter
En skål med växtbaserad yoghurt (t.ex. havre eller soja, jag använde soja)
Jordgubbar
Päron
Kiwi
Cashewnötter
Kakaonibs
Solroskärnor
När man hällt upp yoghurt i en skål är det bara att dekorera med skivor av päron, kiwi och jordgubbar. Sedan är det bara att strö över så mycket nötter, frön och kakaonibs man önskar. Enkelt, men supergott!
