Tidigare under veckan blev vi inbjudna till Fashion Week Stockholm och såg det som ett bra tillfälle att åka och inspireras av allt mode och samtidigt ha en rolig vecka! Vi hade möjlighet att se några av alla visningar som pågick under veckan. Några av höjdpunkterna var absolut att se nya talanger från Textilhögskolan och Swedish Fashion Talents. Ida Sjöstedt bjöd också på en magisk visning med vackra siluetter, och vi fick se inspirerande vintagemode som visades upp på Auktionsverket.

Något vi saknade under veckan var ett mode som verkligen står för äkta hållbarhet och som respekterar och tar ansvar för  människor som arbetar inom textilindustrin och miljön. Vi hoppas såklart att det är något som ska komma mer och mer och tillslut inte bara vara en liten del utan genomsyra hela modeveckan. Intressant i år var att det pågick Fashion Talks, där man bland annat lyfte fram hur mode och identitet kan kopplas samman. Mode är ju egentligen så mycket mer än bara en yta. Det finns väldigt många intressanta bakomliggande faktorer som kan kopplas ihop med mode och vad vi väljer att bära. Vi tar med oss massor med inspiration och fortsätter att kämpa för en hållbar industri som vi tror på! Vi kunde stolt bära upp plaggen som vi bar som var en blandning av Klädoteket, vintage och schyssta designmärken #ägdinstil
