Så var det söndag igen och helgen har gått fort i vanlig ordning. Imorgon är det måndag men inte vilken måndag som helst utan den som det står ”börja jobba” på i kalendern. Det är pirrigt men samtidigt ett stort lugn i magen. Det känns bra. Det är dags att säga hej då till alla års studier och bege mig ut i verkligheten. Idag passade vi på att förbereda oss för omställningen genom att planera veckans matsedel, veckohandla, baka och ta en söndagspromenad till slottsparken och plocka äpplen. Baket den här gången blev ett riktigt gott knäckebröd och får jag bara till några bilder så ska jag ta och dela med mig av receptet här!
