Det här med frukost alltså. Jag är en riktig frukostmänniska och kan lätt äta ”frukost” till både lunch och middag. Jag vet inte om det är för att det går snabbt och är väldigt enkelt, eller om det är för att det är så gott. Kanske en kombination av båda? Jag har många gånger funderat över vad den absolut bästa frukosten är, men jag har faktiskt ingen aning. Ju mer desto bättre, det kan jag i alla fall konstatera. Att först äta frukost, sen brygga en kanna kaffe, läsa en bok eller bläddra i en tidning för att sedan brygga en kanna till och därefter inse att klockan nästan slagit lunch och att man därmed kan vänta med att både borsta tänderna och att klä på sig något vettigt tills efter lunchen. Sådana dagar alltså.
TEFFGRÖT.
Teffgröt är hur som helst en nyfunnen frukostfavorit hos mig. Jag är inte något jättefan av bovetegröt och ibland vill man ju ha något annat än havregrynsgröt, hur gott det än är. Teffgröt är både supergott och glutenfritt, vilket gör att det passar mig perfekt. Grundreceptet på teffgröt hittar du HÄR om du vill prova. Denna gången hade jag en lite annan topping än sist och kombinationen jordgubbar-hallon-havregryn-frön är verkligen supergod.
